Hoe werkt het in- en uitchecken?

You only need to check in on site if you have not yet reserved a place. To do so, please walk to the check-in machine at the park and follow the instructions there.

Checking out is not necessary, when you leave the park on the day of departure you are automatically checked out.

Is it possible to book only one night?

In our booking system, a minimum number of nights has been set for some periods. In the high season this is usually 7 nights, and for most other periods 3 nights. But as the period gets closer and our availability allows it, it will also be possible to book shorter periods or individual nights. This will automatically be released in our booking calendar. It is then best to check our reservation page 1-2 weeks in advance to see if the desired number of nights is already possible.

How can I pay for the camper pitch?

If you book in advance through our website, you can pay as follows:

  • iDeal (online payment system for our Dutch guests)
  • Bancontact (online payment system for our Belgian guests)
  • Giropay or Sofort-Banking (online payment systems for our German guests)
  • Creditcard
  • Bank transfer (please note that when choosing this payment option, it will take several business days before your payment will be processed)

You will receive an email with payment instructions within a few moments after booking.

If you have not booked in advance, and reserve a place at the check-in machine on arrival, you can pay as follows:

  • Debit card(Maestro / V-Pay / Girocard)
  • Credit card (Visa / Mastercard)

If the payment at the booking machine should fail, we will still keep the place reserved for you. You will receive an e-mail with payment instructions, if it is difficult for you to make this payment during your stay, it is best to contact us so we can arrange a solution.

I still have a Camperpark Zeeland voucher, can I exchange this?

Unfortunately not. After the takeover of the camper park in 2021, it turned out that old Camperpark Zeeland vouchers, with the black and red logo, were still in circulation, which had been issued by the former owner. On a goodwill basis, we have accepted these until April 1, 2023, but its validity has now expired.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are welcome at our camperpark under the following conditions. A maximum of 2 dogs per pitch, and on the park dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Obviously, dogs may not be let out in the park itself, and in the event of an accident, the dog's droppings are immediately cleaned up by the owner.

We reserve the right to make occasional exceptions regarding to the maximum number of dogs.

Are tents and/or caravans permitted?

No. According to our operating permit, we are only allowed to use our pitches for campers. It is therefore not allowed to camp with us with a caravan and/or tent. This also applies to small side tents. Awnings on the camper are allowed, but closed side-tents only under certain conditions and after consultation with us.

I still have an old Camperpark Zeeland card with credit on it, can I still get this refunded?

You can then put this in our letterbox with a note with your details and bank account number, so that we can refund any remaining credit to you. Make sure that you put the card and your details in a sealed envelope, so that we know for sure which one is yours when we receive several cards.

You can also send the card to us by regular mail, make sure that you also add the information above!
