How exactly does it work to stay at Camperpark Zeeland?
We would like to inform you in advance about a few practical matters. Is everything not quite clear yet? Have a look at our frequently asked questions. If you have any questions after that, you can always contact us!
Our motorhome park is largely automated. The pitches can be reserved directly via the website or at the reservation kiosk in the park, and are immediately fixed. You can reserve a preferred place number so that you are sure of a specific spot. In that case, there will be a small preferred surcharge if you book in advance. If you book without preference, we will schedule a place for you. One day before arrival you will receive an info-mail from us with your reservation number. It is not the intention that you move to another place without consultation, because a place may be reserved for someone else.
Arrival- and departure times
On the day of arrival, the motorhome pitch is available for you from 2 p.m. On the day of departure you can use the place until 12:00. If the place is still available after you, we offer you the possibility to book a late check-out. In that case, you can stay at the camper park until 8 p.m.
The barrier works on the basis of number plate recognition and opens automatically when you drive your motorhome in front of it. In the unlikely event that the barrier does not open, we can help you by telephone (0118-700 225).
Cars and trailers
For the time being, we allow our guests to bring a passenger car or trailer to the motorhome pitch in addition to the motorhome. You can state the car registration number separately with your reservation. Cars and/or trailers must be parked on your own motorhome pitch at all times (even if few spaces are occupied). Public (free) parking spaces are located directly outside the Camperpark site.
Cash payment is not possible. If you book in advance, you pay directly online via the link in the email. If you book a place at the check-in machine upon arrival, you can pay there with your payment card.
Our motorhome park also has some facilities that are not included in the rental price, such as:
- Water station for the camper
- Camperclean machine (for automatic emptying and cleaning of chemical toilet cassettes)
- Warm water for dishwashing
- Washing machine
You can pay contactless for these facilities with your debit card, smartphone or smartwatch.
Please note the following for payments: you may have a limit on your payment card for contactless payments without a PIN, which we have no influence on. If necessary, contact your bank to increase your limit. If you pay anywhere with your PIN code, the limit will could be reset as well.
Cancellations are subject to the standard terms and conditions of our trade association Recron. You can find these here. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, so that you will be reimbursed for the cancellation costs in unforeseen circumstances. You can take out this insurance with Recreatieverzekeringen or with an insurer of your choice.
The motorhome park is largely automated and has no reception. Although we visit the park regularly of course, we are not on site at fixed times.
